Please be sure that the home is photo ready the day of the shoot and there are no people on site, other than homeowners such as guests, cleaning crew, maintenance people, construction workers, etc. Also, make sure all interior and exterior lights/lamps are operational. Our agreed upon date is Monday December 15 at around 10:30am. You can expect delivery of the photos within 3-6 days after the shoot.
